Chef Wong hailed from a family of great cooks in Sitiawan. Driven by passion, at the age of 14, he left for the big city to be under apprenticeship of great iron wok chefs in KL. Spotted by YTL, he was handpicked to helm the chinese food division in YTL's award winning restaurant. Chef Wong has cooked for international dignitaries and celebrities. His signature Sang Har Sang Mee, Chili Crab and Fried Crab Yam Meehoon have wowed aplenty rich and famous.
